We perform weekly payment runs and select invoices that are approved and due up to and including the date of the actual payment run. This means that any invoices which are due between the sate of any payment run and the day the following payment run clears (up to 10 days) will be reported in the overdue category. It should be noted that Approximately 60% of invoices paid outside of agreed terms are <=10 days overdue
