Dispute resolution process

In the ordinary course of the business, a purchase order is raised and approved in advance of an invoice being received. Where there is a
dispute with a supplier this is resolved by the approver of the purchase order.
Where an invoice is received and there is no approved purchase order in place, any dispute is resolved by the manager responsible for the
department which the invoice relates to.
Where no agreement can be reached, the matter will be escalated through the management of the relevant department, ultimately to the
Finance Director, if required.
