Yes –
Yes – Due to Covid the Trust decided to pay small businesses outside their normal payment terms
and reduced the number of days for payments to be made to between 7 and 15 days. This was from
1st April 2020 and we have decided to continue to support small businesses with early payment
until 31 March 2021. Although we did not consult with suppliers prior to making these changes we
did contact them to advise them that in support of their businesses at this difficult time that we would
pay early.

Dispute resolution process
All disputes are dealt with by the local finance office with the aim to resolve any queries/disputes in
a timely manner. Academies can contact Head Office for assistance where disputes are difficult to
resolve.
Our complaints policy is included on each academies website and on the website of Delta
Academies Trust.
