If an invoice is received late and is coming due/overdue at the point of receipt we will adjust the due date to 7 days from date of receipt. For example - Document due date is 30th but not received until 28th, then we require 7 days processing time.
Typical amendments to standard agreements would be: Contractors – usually paid between 7 and 14 days depending on agreement, due to these being sole traders taking payments as wages. Advertisers – payment is required prior to broadcasting so tend to be either immediate or within 14 days Postage/rental – zero days due to direct debit agreements being in place and invoices being received on the due date. VAT & Duty – Denholm vat and duty claims are paid within 7 days due to the costs being covered by the supplier and our reimbursement within these agreed terms
In the event of an invalid document being received then the invoice will be returned to the supplier for remedy. Receipt date will be from receipt of a valid document only. It is the responsibility of the supplier to ensure the invoice is a valid document: 1. Addressed to Euro Pro Europe Ltd, 15 Mariner Court, Calder Park, Wakefield, WF4 3FL 2. Quote your business name and address 3. Vat registered businesses should produce VAT invoices quoting their VAT reference. 4. Total amount of claim with VAT breakdown 5. All invoices must have unique invoice reference numbers 6. Invoices must only be dated AFTER receipt of a valid PO 7. Quote a valid PO reference 8. Description of goods or services
For example, signatories to The Prompt Payment Code must commit to paying 95% of their invoices within 60 days.
