Disputes should be raised in the first instance with BCA Accounts Payable team for overheads or Auction Accounts team for vehicles, by telephone 01252 721 200. The finance team will endeavour to resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Should the finance team be unable to resolve a dispute, we would refer to the supplier’s specific contract with us, which will detail the actions to take in order to resolve any disputes.
