The price of or rates specified in the Order for the performance of the Services and/or supply of the Goods shall be fixed and shall be exclusive of VAT and inclusive of all disbursements and costs of performance including, without limitations costs of obtaining all licences and consents from any third parties in accordance with condition 4.5 and condition 4.6
Payment shall be made after performance of the Services and/or supply of the Goods within the period specified in the Order, if none specified the Buyer shall pay on the next weekly payment run following 60 days from receipt of the Supplier's VAT invoice together with a copy of the relevant purchase order attached.
