We have a dedicated Finance Support Helpdesk which is reachable by email. Vendors with invoice queries can contact this team and if the helpdesk is not able to resolve they will escalate the issue to the accounts payable team. The accounts payable team will reach out to the internal business contacts to investigate why the invoice has not been approved for payment.
