Dispute resolution process
Invoices in dispute are placed on hold after being notified by the internal purchaser and we seek to resolve queries as quickly as possible. If the initial discussions with the supplier do not resolve the issue, Fircroft operates a complaints service, whereby the query is registered and investigated by the Corporate Compliance Officer and Head of Compliance and Legal who are independent to the Accounts Payable Department and Shared Service Centre. Once the dispute has been resolved, the invoice is paid on the next payment run.
