Dispute resolution process
Mott MacDonald Limited is committed to fair treatment of all its supply chain partners and promotes transparency and swift resolution of any supplier disputes. New suppliers are automatically given access to Mott MacDonald’s online Vendor Self Service portal (VSS) where they can view the status of their invoices and their payment history. Suppliers without access to VSS can arrange this by contacting the Accounts Payable team. All queries regarding non-payment of invoices should be discussed with the Mott MacDonald contact, as specified in the Mott MacDonald purchase order or other engagement agreement, where relevant. Escalation will be managed through contacting the Accounts Payable Supervisor in the first instance, then the Financial Accounting Manager and then ultimately the Finance Director.
