The Average Time to Pay days includes UK intercompany statistics alongside Key Money payments. These intercompany statistics reflect positively on the average time to pay days. The point at which all intercompany activity is collated into a report to settle and provided to the Accounting Teams has been deemed the invoice point. Settlement of this intercompany report is undertaken promptly being only 1-2 days later.
Dispute resolution process
In the event of a dispute between invoice approver and the supplier a complaint can be raised with the Accounting Team within the European Regional office based in Watford. This department will send the complaint to the invoice approver within Hilton responsible for follow up. The Hilton invoice approver and supplier have to reach agreement within a reasonable period. A reasonable period is defined by the parties involved. If the dispute is not resolved both parties should escalate to a senior representative from each party which shall meet and endeavour to resolve the dispute within a reasonable time.
