Except in exceptional circumstances payments are paid in accordance with agreed payment terms subject to invoice approval. Wherever possible disputes regarding supplier invoices are resolved before agreed payment date.
Initially disputes will be managed by Accounts Payable function and escalated to Finance Manager and then Finance Director if necessary.
