Suppliers – Unless otherwise agreed in writing monthly invoices which are received by the Company by the 5th of the month, following the month in which delivery was made, will be payable by the Company by the end of the month plus 1 working day, following the month of delivery. Invoices received after the 5th of the month following the month of delivery will not be payable until the end of the month following the month in which the invoice has been received. If agreed in writing, suppliers are paid fortnightly or 30 days as per their invoice terms. This is generally for smaller companies. Contractors - Application for Monthly payment shall be submitted by the 6th day of the calendar month following the month to which the application relates. The payment date shall be 5 days after the last day of the month in which the application is received.
