Exceptions to the 60 day terms are agreed: * Payment of invoices for customer retros would typically match their own payment terms to us, e.g. 30 days. * We may agree shorter payment terms where the supplier will not agree to our 60 day terms, e.g. where they have the bargaining power as they provide a differentiated service, where there is a significant upfront cash outlay for an Event, etc. * Intercompany payments set between 18-31 of invoice date + 2 months (between 80 and 89 days) * Pernod Ricard Argentina - paid within 1-5 days of issuing stock invoices.

Dispute resolution process

All queries regarding payment of invoices should be emailed to the accounts payable department at accounts.payable@pernod-ricard-uk.com and should be responded to within 2/3  working days. Queries regarding volumes or work done is disputed by the account manager to the supplier.
