Invoices are paid once a month during a scheduled payment run, generally on business day 8 to allow month end invoices to be received from smaller suppliers. If there are a significant number of invoices received after this date a second payment run will be carried out towards the end of the month otherwise any invoices received after business day 8, are paid in the following payment run unless the funds are urgently required, whereby an ad-hoc payment will be made.
