Dispute resolution process

In the first instance, all disputed payments regardless of the circumstance is brought to the attention of the supplier and requester at Zoopla. This is usually done by email, detailing the reason behind the dispute, amount and contact details for Accounts.

Suppliers are made aware of the hold on payment as soon as the accounts payable team have been made aware of the dispute. Depending on the complexity of the dispute, the solution can vary to a number of days, but suppliers are kept to date at all times.

If the dispute is in relation to the address and contact details, Accounts will notify supplier of the correct addressee and details via email stating payment will be made once amended invoice has been received.

Under no circumstances will an invoice be settled with payment if the dispute has not been resolved.
