Any other information about payment terms
Our aim is to pay all our suppliers within 30 days. If we have to query an invoice, once resolved, we aim to then pay those invoices on the next possible payment run.
Dispute resolution process
If there is a dispute with an invoice, our Finance Officers contact the relevant suppliers to query the invoice. If there are no issues, the invoice will be paid within 30 days, as often as possible. If there is an issue with missing/incorrect items etc, then we aim to pay those invoices as soon as possible after receiving a credit note for the missing items/incorrect charge.
