Standard payment terms

Simplyhealth Access is a member of the Simplyhealth Group of companies.
Simplyhealth Access’ standard payment terms are 30 days from receipt of invoice. In certain cases,
individual agreements are in place with suppliers which have alternative payment terms.
The standard 30 day period for payment is extended by any time taken addressing invoicing
queries, where an invoice is incorrect or does not contain the information required, such as a valid
purchase order reference.

While all terms have remained the same, from 1 January 2020 we centralised our procurement services and payments through Simplyhealth People.

Were there any changes to the standard payment terms in the reporting period?

Following resolution, invoice payments are processed on a timely basis.
