Dispute resolution process

1. all invoices authorized by order placing departments
2. if invoiced queried, accounts notified to put on accounts system under 'HOLD' (freezes payables dates)
3. order placing department resolves issue with supplier, and once satisfied that order fulfilled, notify accounts to take off 'HOLD'. Invoice reverts to ageing criteria on system. Resolutions tend to be fulfilled within 1 week, either by invoice being taken off HOLD or credit note being issued.
4.Purchase Ledger accounts reviewed monthly by accounts manager to to ensure all accounts paid within our terms of up to 30 days.
