Dispute resolution process
"At Glen Grant Limited/Campari UK, we strive to resolve queries and disputes on a timely basis. If a supplier raises a query regarding any invoice, the Campari employee who raised the purchase order which led to the issue of the invoice in question (PO- Owner) will review the issue raised and perform any necessary inspections of or enquiries into the goods/service received. The PO-Owner will then communicate with the supplier via telephone or email. In most cases, the PO-Owner will resolve a dispute directly with the supplier.
In the rare event that the dispute cannot be resolved promptly by the PO-Owner, the PO-Owner will refer the matter to the Finance Director and Director of the department by which the purchase order was raised. At this stage, our in-house legal counsel is generally also involved.
