Any other information about payment terms

• Cereform has demonstrated a significant improvement in the last 6 months with the % of invoices paid over 61 days reducing from 36% in the previous return to an average of 20% in the last 6 months. This improvement continues and is on target to be below 10% by the next return. • The % of invoices paid late also shows a significant downward trend from 79% previously reported to an average of 36% in the last 12 months. Our aim is to improve further to below 10% which we are confident of achieving in the coming months despite the multiple pressures arising as a result of Covid-19. • The business has introduced a number of system enhancements and process improvements as a direct effort in supporting our aim of paying all Suppliers on time.

Dispute resolution process

All disputes must be notified to the email address: purchaseledger@cereform.com. Extract from the standard terms issued to all suppliers upon set up of a purchase order: If a dispute or difference arises out of these terms and conditions, without prejudice to any rights either party may have (including but not limited to the right to obtain injunctive relief and any right of the Buyer if it reasonably believes that the Seller has repudiated the Contract or is in material breach), either party may request that the parties attempt to settle it first by negotiation. If the parties have not settled such dispute within 21 days of the commencement of negotiations the parties will attempt to settle it by referring the matter to their respective general manager (or other relevant senior manager as may be agreed by the parties) who will attempt to resolve such dispute.
