Dispute resolution process
Alfa Laval is committed to dealing with its suppliers in a fair, honest and professional manner while seeking best value for the business. We seek to advise suppliers promptly of any dispute or reason why an invoice will not be paid in accordance with the agreed terms. Invoices that are subject to dispute will not be paid until resolution of the dispute. Once resolved, payment will be made in accordance with the terms of the contract.
Our Accounts Payable team addresses the dispute in the first instance, with escalation to the buyer should it be required.
