Dispute resolution process
If a supplier wants to claim a payment he can contact us via email or phone. We will check, whether the invoice in question was received at all. If it was not received we will ask the supplier to send it again. If it was received we check, whether the invoice is being disputed for any reason (service not rendered correctly, price incorrect, invoice legally incorrect...). In this case we will retrigger the clarification of the dispute. If the invoice was received, is correct and is due, wel will pay it during our weekly payment run.
