Dispute resolution process

The main point of contact for the vendor with queries or disputes is the Syngenta Accounts Payable Service Desk.  Disputes are resolved either by the Syngenta Accounts Payable Services Desk or by the Syngenta responsible person.
Syngenta predominantly follow a strictly no purchase order no pay policy. Any non-compliant invoices are returned to the vendor by e-mail by the Syngenta Accounts Payable Services Desk with the invoice number and reason for rejection.
