EHL experience very few disputes relating to payment with our suppliers. The structure of our Group is such that our sister companies based in Europe are our main suppliers. Where we do experience disputes, we aim to proactively resolve them without the requirement for an escalation to a formal process such as legal proceedings or ADR. We have no outstanding litigation relating to payments and no County Court Judgements registered against EHL. Where we experience disputes with Customers over non-payment, we aim to engage with them with a view to reaching some form of payment plan. Again, escalation to legal proceedings are a last resort and rarely used.
For example, signatories to The Prompt Payment Code must commit to paying 95% of their invoices within 60 days.
