Standard payment terms
Standard payment terms are 30 days. If that date falls within a half-term for the school, the payment is bought forward to ensure it is with the supplier on time. For the summer holidays, there is a cut off date for orders to ensure that all invoices are received and paid before the holidays. One payrun is done in August to sweep up any late receipts.
