Materials and overheads: Standard payment terms are 30 days following the month that a VAT invoice is received and approved.
Subcontractors: Subcontractors are required to make applications for payment on a monthly basis. Provided the application for payment is received ahead of the deadline, payment will be made 14 days, 30 days, 45 days or 60 days from the end of the month that the application is received and approved.
