Dispute resolution process
Suppliers must send all invoices to our scanning centre in Poland. Then the team in India process the invoices on ERP and any queries on the invoice will be made to the point of contact on site. If the invoice is not matching to the PO and goods/service receipt (3 way match process) the invoice will be rejected back to the supplier.
