Dispute resolution process
Accounts payable enters the invoice onto the system and send it to the originator of the order or employee responsible if it is a Nop pop invoice to check. The person then contacts the supplier if there is any dispute, and either authorises the price change or requests a credit note. The invoice should only be authorised when account payable presents the credit for authorisation. Both documents are then paid on the next payment run if due.
