SIENE aims to resolve all invoice and/or payment disputes and queries quickly. Suppliers can contact SIENE Accounts Payable helpdesk via to raise any concerns. Our Accounts Payable helpdesk will be able to review and resolve any issues as a first point of contact. If the issue is not resolved in the first instance or relates to contractual disputes then it should be escalated to the relevant SIENE business contact.
