Dispute resolution process

The standard Service Request within the contractual agreement from Standard Advisory London outlines the dispute resolution process. All contract agreements detail the invoicing and payment terms required from the supplier to enable SALL to pay the contractual amounts due.

For invoicing disputes, Suppliers are asked to place their issue in writing to the Standard Advisory London Accounts Payable team (Accounts.Payable@standardsbg.com) who receive, process and respond to queries and disputes. The team strives to obtain the resolution of invoicing issues within a timely manner.

Where applicable the Accounts Payable team will work alongside the Business contact to resolve payment issues/disputes in accordance with internal investigation and escalation procedures.

If a dispute pertains to a Legal element of the contract then this must be put in writing to the Head of Legal Counsel for SALL. The contractual clause sets out the respective addresses at which all processes and notices (for the purpose of legal proceedings) arising out of or in connection with the Agreement, its breach or termination may validly be served upon or delivered to.
