Any disputes on individual invoices are raised in the first instance to the finance email box or by phone to the finance team. They will work with the supplier to resolve the issue. We aim to resolve issues raised with suppliers within 5 working days, but we typically respond the next working day. Any contractual disputes are managed though our commercial contact management process.
