All Utility vendors are paid via Direct Debit Our standard payment terms for goods and services are 30 days from date of invoice. All Event invoices are paid within 14 days of date of invoice. 57% of all invoices due but not paid within the agreed terms were settled within 14 days of their due date.
Dispute resolution process
All invoices that are disputed are referred to the relevant buyer/approver. The Accounts Payable team will follow up the dispute with the buyer until the dispute is resolved and payment can then be expedited. All disputes are resolved as quickly as possible and they will be escalated to a senior manager if the dispute is protracted.
