Dispute resolution process

In the event that any invoice submitted by the supplier is rejected by the Company, and the supplier disagrees with the reasons given, then the supplier shall be entitled to appeal to the Company’s Commercial Manager with a request to review the reasons for the rejected invoice. The Company’s Commercial Manager shall consider the supplier’s grounds for appeal in good faith and either uphold the original grounds for rejection of the invoice or authorize payment of the invoice. The Company’s Commercial Manager’s decision on this matter shall be final although the supplier’s rights under the Dispute Resolution clause of the agreement shall not be affected.
