Dispute resolution process
We have a very stable and good supply chain, built up over many years on trust and working relationships. Where an issue exists this will be sent via email to accounts payable to escalate to the relevant team member for a resolution. Should a resolution not be agreed, finance would contact the supplier for an understating of the issue and report to the FD to resolve the issue.
