Dispute resolution process
The company in its history has had minimal disputes or complaints in respect of its payments process. Initially all disputes or complaints about payments would be administered through the accounts payable team, who would investigate the reasons for non-payment of supplier invoices. If the matter remained unresolved it would be escalated to the relevant operational team within the company to which the invoice related and they would then provide the supplier with the explanation as to why payment was being withheld and the necessary steps required to resolve the matter. It is the company's objective to deal with and resolve any disputes and complaints in a timely manner.
