Concha y Toro UK endeavours to resolve suppliers' queries swiftly. On a first instance queries should be addressed via email to Accounts Payable (accounts@cyt-uk.com) and will be responded within 3 to 5 working days. In the event that no agreement is reached, the query could be escalated to the Head of Finance.
