Dispute resolution process
Disputes related to delivery of goods or services which will prevent payment are advised to the supplier and Wildern Academy Trust will work with the supplier to resolve the dispute. We aim to advise the supplier of any disputes as soon as possible after receipt of the goods or service. Disputes will be handled by the Finance Department who will liaise between school staff and the supplier.
