Payment is not automatically issued after 30 days, the supplier must contact the accounts department at this time to receive payment. This should be provided by statement of account.
Certain suppliers who ship goods via sea have 60 day payment terms.

Dispute resolution process
All Complaints and disputes for payment need to come through our purchase ledger department sitiuated in our head office in Nottingham.
Once the correspondance is received it is picked up by a specific member of the team, dependant of the type of goods or services in question. Suppliers can either contact the relevant member of the team directly or contact us through a dedicated email address (new suppliers are provided with this information).
Complaints or disputes are looked at when received. If disputes cannot be resolved by the department these are escalated to the Group Financial Controller for consideration.
