Typical amendments to standard agreements would be:
Contractors – usually paid between 7 and 14 days depending on agreement, due to these being sole traders taking payments as
wages.
Advertisers – payment is required prior to broadcasting so tend to be either immediate or within 14 days
Postage/rental – zero days due to direct debit agreements being in place and invoices being received on the due date.
VAT & Duty – Denholm & Woodland VAT and Duty claims are paid within 7 days due to the costs being covered by the supplier and our
reimbursement within these agreed terms
