All suppliers are advised to contact the accountancy team regarding any unpaid invoices and are made aware of the telephone number and email address to contact.

The accountancy team will check the finance system and request copies of any invoices that have not been received. If an invoice is already on the system but has not been authorised then they will contact the relevant manager to discuss the invoice and either the relevant manager or accounts team will contact the supplier to provide them with an update.
