BSSL consists of multiple business units / contracts. The majority of these are now complete or dormant and therefore the two operational elements are PSSD/SGI/BIS/Infrastructure/UKMFTS/Company 60 and Air Power International (2220 not Air Power International Limited which is dormant and holds only a cash balance within 2220). PSSD represent 90% of total invoices processed in period and API the balance of 10%.

Dispute resolution process

PSSD: Through Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) - invoices in query (quantity or value against goods receipt).
API: Invoices are received in the API office, any invoices that don't match the original order are marked as in query and dealt with by API office manager before they are sent to us for processing.
