Dispute resolution process

Our policy is to ensure, wherever possible, payment to our suppliers is made within the terms specified on the invoice. Disputes are settled by contacting the supplier, with reference to the purchase order and invoice/delivery note, to rectify any issues. Payment is only made when the issues are resolved and this sometimes results in the account being settled outside the payment terms.
