When an invoice is disputed for price or quantity the supplier will receive an email indicating the invoice number and reason for rejection. To resolve a dispute, the supplier is required to liaise with the buyer to resolve. APS follow a strict No PO No Pay policy. The PO number is communicated by the buyer at the time of placing the order. Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the supplier on their invoices may lead to invoices not being paid agreed terms.
