Dispute resolution process

If an invoice can not be matched against receipted items on the ERP system, the invoice will go on hold while the issue is investigated internally with Goods In and Purchasing. If this resolves the issues the invoice will be released and processed for payment. If the internal investigation doesn't resolve the issue the vendor will be contacted regarding the problem (missing delivery/short shipment/price etc.) Once resolved with the vendor which may result in a credit memo being issued, an additional shipment etc. the invoice will be removed from hold and processed for payment. If as a result of the investigation the invoice goes beyond terms it will be included within the nest payment run. 2 Payment runs are made a month, mid and end.
