Dispute resolution process

Any query, complaint or dispute relating to an invoice or payment is reviewed promptly by the relevant operational or commercial team, with support from the Finance team where appropriate.

We aim to identify the nature of the issue, obtain any necessary supporting information and work with the supplier to resolve the matter as quickly as practicable. Suppliers will be informed where further information or clarification is required.

Where a matter cannot be resolved through the usual operational or finance channels, it will be escalated to the appropriate senior manager or director for review and resolution.

Our objective is to resolve disputes fairly and promptly and to avoid unnecessary delays to payments that are properly due.
