Any other information about payment terms

Invoice date has been used as a proxy for receipt date as this is the only date we track in our general ledger. For this reporting, we have therefore calculated our time to pay invoices from the invoice date, even though we may not have actually received the invoice until several days after that. If our payment performance was calculated from when we received the invoices, it would therefore be more favourable than shown in this reporting.

Dispute resolution process

We have an escalation process in place . We would email initially and if we have an unresolved dispute or do not receive the relevant delivery documents in time (if relevant), we escalate to the relationship manager to try and get engagement.

For this reporting, we have calculated our time to pay invoices from the invoice date, even though we may resolve disputes and queries several days after that. If our payment performance was calculated from when we resolved disputes and queries, it would therefore be more favourable than shown in this reporting.
