Any other information about payment terms

Treasury Wine Estates has a no Purchase Order no payment policy. Invoices received by the Accounts Payable team without a valid TWE purchase order stated are rejected and an email is sent to the supplier with information detailing the reason of the rejection and how to rectify the issue.

Dispute resolution process

More complex disputes between the supplier and TWE (such as pricing and inventory) are managed between the supplier and the relevant TWE employee who manages the ordering of the goods and service. Any resubmitted invoice is then normally paid within terms.
