Dispute resolution process
Any invoice queries or payment disputes should be raised with the Accounts Payable team as soon as possible. Upon notification, the dispute will be reviewed and investigated with the relevant budget holder or department. The supplier will be kept informed of progress throughout the process. Once the dispute has been resolved and any required information or amendments have been received, the invoice will be approved for payment in accordance with the agreed payment terms. While a dispute is under review, payment may be withheld until the matter is satisfactorily resolved.
