The Trust is committed to dealing with its suppliers in a fair, honest, timely and professional manner whilst seeking best value for the Trust. We seek to resolve queries as quickly as possible with the aim of a resolution to suit all and prior to payment being made. If a dispute cannot be resolved this would escalate to our CFO.
