Dispute resolution process

Our Purchase Ledger team manages dispute resolution, with support from our Operational Finance Team Leader and Operational Finance Director where needed.
Invoices typically match off with an accompanying PO which has been approved by the House Manager at the relevant development or the Head of Department, however if there is no PO or the value differs significantly, we may seek additional approval for payment. Equally, there may be disputes where work has not been completed to an acceptable standard and has not therefore been signed off, which would trigger payment of invoice - in this scenario, our Planning or Supply Chain team would work with the supplier to agree an action plan to achieve acceptable works. Alternatively, our PL team may speak to the supplier to determine payment.
